CMTC alumni Hailey Van Doormaal is from Ottawa, Ontario. Shortly after CMTC, Hailey signed with Esee Model Management in Shanghai, China and SPECS Models in Montreal.
Hailey has worked for clients and walked shows for brands like Forever 21, The Bay, Mikael D, Nordstrom, UNTTLD, Joncas, Kerastase, Simons, Centre Rockland, SSENSE and more. She has also been featured in Canadian magazine’s such as PRESS the Fashion and Scorpio Jin which led to being featured by Make Up Forever.
A career highlight for Hailey was working with Coco Rocha. The job was a partnership for Centre Rockland and Coco Rocha – they held a dinner and runway show. The runway stage was the table that the guests were eating on. Coco Rocha instructed the models to walk down the runway (also the dinner table) while posing.
CMTC Alumni Fun Fact: Hailey won first place in the Runway Competition at CMTC in 2013.
