- The Improv Competition is available to contestants ages 12 and over only.
- The competition will take place in front of the judging panel and an audience.
- A host will be present to ask questions and give direction to the contestants.
- Improv performances that contain profanity or explicit adult material will result in immediate disqualification.
- Judging is based on ability to improvise, projection of voice, articulation, wit, intelligence, believability, body language, and ability to create your environment.

Entertainment Industry Fact: Many on-camera auditions ask talent to improvise. Improvisation, or improv, is a form of acting in which the plot, characters, and/or dialogue of performance are made up in the moment. Improv is not scripted. It is heavily dependent on collaborating with and reacting to fellow performers in the present time without the use of a predefined script.
Wardrobe Requirements:
- Dress age-appropriate.
- Each contestant should wear clothing that lets their personality shine but does not distract from their performance or inhibit their ability to perform.
- Comfortable shoes recommended.
